Our Mission is given to us by our Lord, Jesus Christ:

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you.  And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age."

Worship is central in our life together.

At Messiah, we worship in the liturgical tradition of the Lutheran church.  This means that we consider worship to be a participatory event.

All present participate in offering praise to God; for this reason, the worship service includes opportunities for every person to take an active part, including hymns, responses and sharing the Lord's Supper.

The Holy Communion is open to all baptized believers who trust that Christ is present in the Sacrament.  Parents are welcome to bring infants and young children forward to receive a blessing.  Instructions for receiving Holy Communion are provided in your worship bulletin.

Worship begins with a time for prayer and preparation as the Prelude is played.

Visitor Information:  We welcome you in the Name of Christ.  Please sign the guest register located in the narthex near the greeter and give the pastor an opportunity to meet you.  If you want a tour of the facility, the pastor will arrange for a guide.  If you want to know more about the ministries and life of Messiah, we invite your questions.
